How to Manage Content Debt: A Practical Playbook

Content debt has a funny way of hiding in plain sight. One outdated landing page here, a forgotten campaign variant there, and a product description that hasn’t been touched since…who knows when. But knowing what it is and knowing how to fix it are two very different things.

    • % of content up-to-date: what share of pages/components have been reviewed within your freshness window (e.g., past 12 months).
