JOB SUMMARY
The Outbound GTM Specialist, part of the Revenue Enablement team, is responsible for building and scaling Storyblok's outbound enablement strategy to maximize seller productivity and pipeline generation. This role designs and delivers onboarding, coaching, certifications, and AI-powered enablement programs that equip SDRs with the knowledge, skills, tools, and processes needed to succeed. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, the Outbound GTM Specialist develops scalable outbound playbooks, standardizes best practices, drives adoption of modern sales technologies, and continuously improves enablement programs through performance insights and data. This role is instrumental in accelerating ramp time, increasing outbound effectiveness, and supporting career progression across the revenue organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Own the outbound enablement strategy for the Sales Development organization, ensuring BDR/SDRs have the skills, knowledge, and resources to consistently generate qualified pipeline.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve outbound playbooks, methodologies, and enablement content for BDR/SDRs, with supporting materials for Account Executives and Customer Success teams.
- Build and manage a comprehensive onboarding and ramp program, defining "Pipeline Ready" milestones and career progression pathways into Account Executive roles.
- Deliver onboarding programs, instructor-led workshops, certifications, coaching sessions, and ongoing learning initiatives that reinforce best practices and improve seller performance.
- Develop enablement programs that keep revenue teams informed on product launches, messaging updates, competitive positioning, and evolving AI-powered selling techniques.
- Analyze outbound performance data to identify successful behaviors, coaching opportunities, and skill gaps, transforming insights into scalable training programs.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to improve sales workflows, reporting, technology adoption, and operational effectiveness across the revenue organization.
- Own enablement for the outbound sales technology stack, including Gong, Claude, Clay, Salesforce, Trumpet, and emerging AI-enabled selling platforms.
- Standardize outbound methodologies and enablement programs across global teams while enabling regional flexibility and continuous experimentation.
- Measure and report on enablement effectiveness through key performance indicators including ramp time, pipeline generation, activity quality, technology adoption, certification completion, and BDR/SDR career progression.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to ensure consistent messaging, process alignment, and organizational readiness.
- Champion an AI-first enablement culture by evaluating emerging technologies and translating them into practical, scalable workflows that improve seller productivity and customer engagement.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Deep understanding of the range of tools typically used by a fast-growing SaaS company including but not limited to Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Data Enrichment, BI and Customer Data Management.
- Data-driven, highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think ‘outside of the box’ when faced with challenges and willing to take the initiative to drive performance.
- Highly numerate, commercially aware and demonstrating great communication skills.
- Naturally inquisitive and driven by results and having an impact in the business.
- Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.
U.S. Base Salary Range: $86,300 - $117,000
At Storyblok, we are committed to equitable compensation and pay transparency. We consider many factors when it comes to compensation, such as the scope of the role, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Our base salary ranges are determined by job and job level and are benchmarked to relevant location and industry data. The range displayed represents the target US base compensation range within which we are hiring for this role. For some roles Storyblok also offers a competitive commission structure.
