Storyblok is the first headless CMS that works for developers & marketers alike.

Here at Storyblok, there are always interesting new ideas in the works. Today, we’re excited to announce the results of our recent work: 6 new extensions available in the Storyblok app store plus an update to an existing plugin.

We’ve designed these to make the lives of developers, marketers, and content creators everywhere easier. Let’s take a look at what these new features are and how they can take your CMS experience to the next level!

Storyblok has added new features and functions designed to help you customize your content experiences to fit your organization’s exact needs.

Section titled 1. Palette 1. Palette

The Palette picker in Storyblok.

One of these is the new Palette extension. This helps you select customizable colors from a palette. Admins can set central brand colors and restrict color options for users down to the component level. It’ll help you customize your buttons, headers, and backgrounds for a personalized, professional brand identity.

Section titled 2. Slider 2. Slider

Next up is the Slider. With the Slider, you can select an integer value within a range. It’s perfect if you want to set properties like brightness, percentages, or opacity in an intuitive visual way that contributes to a better user experience.

The Broken Link Checker tool in Storyblok

There’s also the Broken Link Checker. Broken links have a negative impact on your user experience as well as Search Engine Optimization (SEO). With this new feature, you can review and resolve those broken links across all stories within a space, so fixing these errors is quick and easy.

The Semrush Keywords tool in Storyblok.

Now you can use Semrush Keywords (Beta). Semrush is an invaluable tool when it comes to SEO. This extension enables you to optimize your content by researching keywords directly from Storyblok. With less time spent switching between tools, your organization’s efficiency goes up.

Vercel Deployments is also a new extension available. With this, you can view Vercel Deployments within Storyblok. If you’re building static websites, this plug-in will tell you when your site or pages have finished deployment. That way, you don’t have to deploy content without knowing when your audience will actually see it.

The Netlify Builds extension is similar. It lets you view Netlify deployment ‘builds’ within Storyblok to see if your static site has finished building. You can connect your space to a Netlify site to view the build queue, all within Storyblok.

The Shopify extension for Storyblok UI.

Finally, there’s also an extension update: the Shopify Field Plugin Update. This edition comes with an updated UX as well as improved pagination of the Storyblok Field Type Plugin.
