The decision to move towards an omnichannel commerce platform initiated various changes in the company in terms of technology and processes, which led to a re-platforming in 2018. Through the use of various technologies, Segmüller's online shop was developed into a future-proof platform. In order to now be able to create, adapt and optimize extensive content continuously and easily, Storyblok's headless CMS was integrated into the commerce platform of the furniture retailer Segmüller. The Storyblok SaaS solution offers a unique combination of visual editing tools and highly customizable content blocks on a modern headless architecture. The CMS also provides developers with the necessary flexibility.
