REWE HR Platform

REWE Group is a German diversified retail and tourism brand, founded in 1927, with the mission to provide the best performance for its customers, retailers, and employees. REWE operates in Germany and 20 other European countries. The relaunch of rewe-group.jobs aimed to modernize and simplify the application process for candidates. The technical challenges of this project included integrating diverse application options into a standardized platform, ensuring user-friendliness and ensuring efficient management of applications. Storyblok, with its headless CMS approach and block library, enabled the relaunch of other connected career portals. The team also leveraged Storyblok’s user-friendly editor for the pages, which enables employees of REWE, Billa and, Bipa to create and manage content with minimal training.
