The project encompassed the digital transformation of the Lenzing Group, a leading global B2B company, aimed at creating a consistent and modern digital customer experience. The core focus was to revise the digital strategy, modernize the brand identity, and relaunch corporate websites like Lenzing Group and Lenzing Filtration on a new, unified platform to boost efficiency and standardize global brand communication. The primary technical challenge was establishing a future-proof, scalable foundation for a global corporation with diverse brands, transitioning from a fragmented system landscape to a central "single source of truth" for content. This required implementing a scalable design system to ensure brand consistency and speed up development. After a thorough evaluation, Storyblok was chosen as the central headless CMS for its flexibility and scalability. Its ability to support a multi-brand component project was a key advantage, allowing for the creation of reusable components. This established an efficient platform that not only facilitated the initial website relaunches but also serves as a blueprint for all future web projects within the Lenzing Group.
