Hawa
The project for Hawa Sliding Solutions, a world-leading Swiss provider of sliding door systems, was a strategic design initiative focused on creating a new, comprehensive Design System based on IBM's Carbon framework. The primary goal was to establish a foundation for a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints. As a pilot project, the product configurator for the Hawa Concepta III was completely redesigned with an optimized user flow to better serve various target audiences and improve usability across all devices, from desktop to mobile. This initiative resulted in a flexible and scalable system that not only modernized the user interface but also serves as an adaptable blueprint for the efficient and consistent development of all future product configurators, ensuring a harmonized user experience across Hawa's digital platforms.
