CoinShares is Europe's largest digital asset investment and trading group. The company turned to 10ARK Digital for help in creating their new website. They also wanted to implement a new system to reflect their rebranding. CoinShares' new CMS was to solve problems like no automation and complex editing. Additionally, they needed custom workflows for internationalization. Finally, CoinShares' page often stopped working when their data feed was unavailable.

To solve these problems, 10ARK Digital proposed Storyblok as CoinShares' new CMS. This decision resulted in outstanding improvements:

• 100% improvement in the stability of the website and pages
• 50% improvement related to pages going down due to Storyblok CDN caching and custom data
• 80% improvement in content translation

The company targets their services for a specific group that wants excellent investment experience. Thus, they needed a new website that would keep the audience engaged and interested. These were their main pain points:

• Lack of automation: Coinshares' team needed help uploading content to many platforms. They didn't have one common place to store data. This led to overall confusion and document duplication.
• The current system needed better usability and complex content editing capabilities for marketers. Additionally, it lacked a satisfying user experience.
• Lacking custom workflows for internationalization processes: Since CoinShares provides content in various languages, they needed streamlined and automated translation processes.
• CoinShares's web pages were returning errors if data feeds were unavailable.

CoinShares builds trustful relationships with clients. That's why they needed a secure environment for finance-related content. Moreover, the project required the selection of the best possible technological architecture. Here is how Storyblok helped create CoinShares' new website:

• Thanks to Storyblok's Block Library, CoinShares could synchronize and update field types for each block. As a result, they didn't have to recreate them when making changes. It helped to speed up the website launch and increased the data automation.
• 10ARK Digital implemented a document storage solution integrating Box and Google Drive. CoinShares could integrate it with Storyblok by creating a Custom Field Type.
• CoinShares improved their image structures by using Storyblok's internal digital asset management (DAM). Additionally, they enjoyed the Visual Editor's easy interface and real-time preview.
• CoinShares team appreciated Storyblok's extensive role and permissions options. This helped them when publishing advanced, finance-related content.

10ARK Digital improved the UX for marketers by adding apps from Storyblok's App Directory. What's more, the agency created their own custom Translations Management App. This enhanced and automated CoinShares' translations. Additionally, it enabled the team to update translated content when needed. The app allowed them to save translated data and use it in Storyblok content models. As a result, 10ARK Digital improved CoinShares' content translation by 80%.

The previous CoinShare platform ran on Statamic but didn't meet the company's needs. They rebranded their website twice. Once in collaboration with GW+Co designers and then with the help of Source company. The second rebrand, where Storyblok was implemented, only took 2 months. It was faster than having it done without implementing the CMS.

With Storyblok, it was easy to create a plan to develop a new CoinShares platform:

• Setting up development environments by leveraging Storyblok's extensive workflows.
• Data model creation and smooth content transfer from a previous CMS to Storyblok.
• After finishing the stage of customer-facing development, 10ARK Digital transferred content to Storyblok. Then, they developed the integration with Salesforce Pardot. Finally, they integrated Box and Google Drive using the Google Cloud Platform.
