Cinetree.nl, an initiative of Hanna Verboom, is a Video On Demand (VOD) platform that focuses on the curation of films and documentaries that go beyond entertainment. Important stories that touch, inspire and make you think. At Cinetree.nl the visitor can count on quality; both in terms of content and craftsmanship of the makers. Softmedia developed the online platform for Video On Demand (VOD) and a responsive website that meet the specific wishes and requirements of Cinetree. Because in addition to films, Cinetree also offers unique content via the online platform, such as interviews with the curators, blogs and custom-made posters. Cinetree will also organize events and special cinema evenings. A group of leading curators select monthly films and documentaries that you should have seen. Renowned storytellers, all leading in their own field, select the films and documentaries. Every Tuesday and Friday there will be a new choice of film by one of the curators. Many of these titles can not be found anywhere else or are first offered online at Cinetree. On desktop you can view films using your browser or download the apps for iOS, AppleTV, Android and Samsung Tizen.
