Chatham Financial, a global financial risk management and advisory firm, partnered with Happy Cog to migrate off an aging Craft CMS installation onto a platform their marketing team could move quickly in. Happy Cog rebuilt the site on Storyblok with a Next.js front end deployed to Cloudflare Workers via OpenNext, encompassing core marketing pages, an insights and news library with hundreds of migrated articles, team bios, policy pages, and a careers section pulling live job listings from Greenhouse. The component library was built using atomic design principles with TypeScript types auto-generated from Storyblok's schema, alongside integrations for Pardot, GA4, GTM, OneTrust, and FullStory. A key challenge was untangling cookie compliance across the main site and a separate Cvent events subdomain during cutover.
