Free Use & Trial of Beta Version - The Storyblok Services include Beta features

The Storyblok Services include Beta features marked with "Beta". This signifies a version of our product/service that is still in development and may contain bugs or errors.
The use of Beta features/services, is subject to the following terms and conditions:

No Liability:

You acknowledge explicitly that by using a Beta-Test-Version, Storyblok shall not be liable for any claims, damages or other liability in the connection with the Storyblok Beta Services offered as Free Trial, whether in an action of contract, misconduct, intent, negligence, arising from or out of or in connection with the Storyblok Beta Services or the use of or inability to use the Storyblok Services.

No Warranties:

Storyblok will not be liable for any damages. For use of Beta-Test-Version and its consequences any and all warranties are excluded and the Storyblok Beta Services are provided “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In particular, Storyblok does not warrant that the Beta Services are available, free from any defects, errors, bugs, other flaws or perform certain functionalities. Storyblok does not warrant any specific results of any kind whatsoever or any performance. Beta-Customers use the Storyblok Services at their own risk.

Deletion of Data:

You acknowledge and agree that any data or information can be deleted at any time and you assume sole responsibility for any data backup. Storyblok assumes no liability for any damage caused by (even partial) loss or destruction of data or information.

Changes:

At any time and without notice, Storyblok reserves the right to (i) modify the Beta Services or any part of it thereof; and/or (ii) cancel/withdraw such Beta Services;

Feedback:

We encourage you to provide feedback. You acknowledge and agree that any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by you regarding the Beta services shall become property of Storyblok. Storyblok shall have the unrestricted right to use, disclose, reproduce, modify, license, distribute, and exploit such feedback in any manner, without obligation, acknowledgment, or compensation to you.

Third-Party Service Providers:

As part of the Beta features Storyblok uses third-party service providers to provide certain functionalities. By using Beta Services you acknowledge and agree that your data may be shared with and/or processed by OpenAI Ireland Ltd and Tiptap GmbH. To learn about how OpenAI and Tiptap handle your data, please review their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
