A national examination board, part of a leading international university, serves schools, teachers, students and parents across South Asia, from primary school through higher secondary certification. Its website, built on SharePoint, had become a bottleneck. Every update required a developer, results, timetables, past papers and affiliation information were hard to find, and the platform bore no resemblance to the board's brand or the university it belongs to. Primero made the case for leaving SharePoint behind and rebuilt the board's web presence on Storyblok, bringing it onto the same headless platform as the university's wider digital estate. The information architecture was redesigned around the board's core audiences, with dedicated journeys for students, teachers and schools. The tasks people come for most, checking results, requesting past papers, downloading forms and starting school affiliation, now sit one click from the homepage. Content strategy and design ran in parallel, giving every programme from Primary School through HSSC a clear, consistent home. The result is a platform the board's own team runs. Exam announcements and timetables go live without developer support, news and student achievements are published as they happen, and the site shares components and governance with the rest of the university's Storyblok estate. For more than 85,000 graduates, 25,000 trained teachers and the schools and families who rely on the board every exam season, the experience now matches an examination board of national standing.
