NFHS Org and NFHS Learn

NFHS migrated two major platforms — NFHS Org and NFHS Learn — from legacy systems (Umbraco and Ruby on Rails) to a unified headless architecture powered by Storyblok. The goal was to reduce maintenance overhead and replace rigid HTML integrations with a flexible, component-based content model. Over a six-month implementation, the transition enabled non-technical staff to manage content independently while integrating an LMS with Shopify POS — transforming a resource-heavy digital infrastructure into a scalable ecosystem bridging educational content with e-commerce.
