Hyllie Terrass

Hyllie Terrass is a building project developed by Skanska, launched in 2016, aiming to create one of Sweden's most sustainable office buildings. Their main audience is office tenants looking for a modern, comfortable, and environmentally friendly workspace. The building is located in Hyllie, a district in Malmö, Sweden. Before, the company lacked a solution where the reuse of technology and design was possible while allowing each site to be unique. They also wanted a secure environment to meet today's high data management and storage demands. Storyblok was able to offer solutions beyond expectations on all points.
