In 2024, 21TORR was commissioned to redesign the website of Harro Höfliger, a leading mechanical engineering company specializing in packaging solutions. The challenge was to address the needs of both potential customers and future employees. This required shifting the focus from pure product sales to giving career opportunities equal prominence, creating clarity around the company’s offering and positioning Harro Höfliger as an attractive employer. Working closely with the Harro Höfliger marketing team, 21TORR developed the new site using a headless CMS to ensure technical modernity and flexibility while incorporating accessibility requirements. The result is a modern, user-centred design that highlights careers, products, and technologies equally, and emphasizes the company’s identity, work culture, and atmosphere. The digital platform provides easier access to the product portfolio and applicant management, strengthening brand image, brand awareness, and applicant conversion. Throughout the redesign, Harro Höfliger’s character as a down-to-earth Swabian company remains intact.
