Grade partnered with Elder Abuse Action Australia (EAAA) to transform Compass, the national elder abuse knowledge hub. Compass aimed to consolidate information and resources on elder abuse but faced limitations with its existing site design and Drupal CMS. Grade created a new user-friendly mobile-first website utilizing Storyblok as the CMS. This empowered the Compass team to confidently deliver valuable content and campaigns. The results were impressive: a 7.5x increase in new users along with an 8x rise in sessions and improved organic search visibility. Compass reported increased efficiency, better campaign launching capabilities, and an enhanced understanding of audience behavior through analytics. With Storyblok, Grade empowered Compass to support elders, educate the community, and raise awareness about elder abuse in Australia.
