Since its launch in 2021, HelpPay recognized the necessity for a more advanced website platform. In August 2022, Revium embarked on scoping out the essential elements required to rebuild the HelpPay website using Storyblok as the foundation. Once the key components were identified, Revium's development team promptly initiated the build, leveraging the existing UI designs as a guiding framework. Nuxt.js was chosen as the development framework, and notable integrations included the seamless integration with Segment via Customer.io, which facilitated HelpPay's marketing automation workflows.
