Your client will be charged automatically, via the credit card that client provided when they signed up. The cost of each new user is $9 per month. In the Storyblok V2 version, there is also a dashboard that provides an overview of the plan: name of the plan, price, users, etc.

Here’s a quick guide for adding a new user:

1. Open your main Storyblok App dashboard and navigate to the Team Management tab on the left main menu.
2. Click on the Add user button in the upper right corner. 
3. Fill in the user details, define the user role in the Role dropdown menu.

Click on the Save button. A new user is added now!
