In dieser Schlüsselrolle verbinden Sie die Anforderungen unserer Kund:innen mit den technischen Möglichkeiten unseres Produkts zu einer optimalen Lösung. Als vertrauenswürdige(r) Berater:in arbeiten Du eng mit den Teams aus Vertrieb, Produkt, Partner-Management und Customer Success zusammen, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Unternehmenskund:innen zu entwerfen und umzusetzen. Diese Position erfordert eine Kombination aus technischer Expertise, strategischem Denken, Erfahrung im Verkaufsprozess und exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
AUFGABENBEREICHE
Hauptaufgaben:
- Zusammenarbeit mit Account Executives zur Identifikation von KundenbedĂĽrfnissen und Darstellung des Mehrwerts von Storyblok fĂĽr potenzielle Unternehmenskunden
- Produktdemonstrationen und technischen Deep Dives für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen – sowohl technisch als auch nicht-technisch
- Erstellung und Präsentation von technischen Konzepten, Architekturskizzen, Proof-of-Concepts, Prototypen, Beispielanwendungen und Code-Beispielen, um die Leistungsfähigkeit und Flexibilität von Storyblok aufzuzeigen
- Fachliche Beratung im Bereich Headless Content Management – inklusive Best Practices, Integrationsstrategien und Optimierungspotenzialen
- UnterstĂĽtzung beim Know-how-Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Storybloks Implementierungs Partnern
- DurchfĂĽhrung von Onboarding-Sessions mit Kunden und Ăśbergabe an Customer Success nach Vertragsabschluss
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktteam zur Weitergabe von Kundenfeedback und FĂĽrsprache fĂĽr neue Features
- Repräsentation von Storyblok bei Branchenveranstaltungen, Webinaren und Kundenforen
- Mentoring von Junior-Teammitgliedern und aktiver Beitrag zum Aufbau eines erstklassigen Solutions Engineering-Teams
ANFORDERUNGEN
Bildung & Erfahrung:
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering oder vergleichbarer Rolle bei einem B2B SaaS-Unternehmen
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Webentwicklung
- Vertrautheit mit Enterprise-Software-Ă–kosystemen und Integrationsmethoden
- Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte auch für nicht-technisches Publikum verständlich zu vermitteln
- Hervorragende Präsentations-, Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung mit monolithischen/traditionellen CMS-Systemen (z. B. WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM) von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
