Depending on what kind of action you’d like to take, please follow the guideline below:

If your agency needs to transfer an existing space that is submitted to the old free plan, you have to add the space to your Partner Portal. Please note that it can be done only by the space owner of a collaborator with the necessary permission. In order to add the space to your partner portal:

1. Log in to your Partner Portal
2. Navigate to Spaces
3. Press New
4. Navigate to Add an existing space
5. Select the affected space and press Save

If you are currently on the old free plan and need to upgrade to the Community Plan as a Self-Service user:

1. Log in to the Storyblok app
2. Go to the space that you’d like to upgrade
3. Select Settings
4. Navigate to the ‘Subscription’ button
5. Subscribe to the Community Plan
