Service Level

Storyblok aims to provide the best level of availability for our customers at all times. For our SaaS (Software as a Service) offering we use commercially reasonable efforts to meet certain uptime guarantees.

SaaS SLA

Storyblok will provide the service with a best possible availability with a Yearly Uptime Percentage of at least ninety-five (95) percent for the basic, advanced and premium feature set.

Enterprise SLA

For our Enterprise offering increased resources are available which are reflected in a higher level of guaranteed availability. The service level agreement for enterprise accounts is a Yearly Uptime Percentage of at least ninety-nine point nine (99.9) percent. For further information get in touch with our sales team.

SLA Violation

Although there has not been a single year where our availability has fallen below 99.9 % a customer is eligible to an extraordinary termination of the contract and receiving a pro-rated refund (up to the next billing cycle).
