On May 13th, 2024, Storyblok started gradually rolling out a new design for its Visual Editor. This new feature provides a much-improved user experience, accelerating your workflow through a better overview, enhanced accessibility, and mobile optimization.
Hereinafter, it is shown in a step-by-step comparison where to find every Visual Editor function after the new design has been enabled for your user account.

The new Visual Editor design provides a new Story Information {1} section that provides an overview of the story's status, content type, workflow stage, and more. It can be accessed via the right-hand side toolbar.

Using the new More feature located in the left-hand side toolbar, it is possible to quickly jump to other sections of the current Storyblok space, such as Assets, Datasources, Tags, Settings, and the App Directory.
