Subscription intervals can be changed only by the space owner and the collaborator with the necessary permission.

To change your subscription interval, go to Settings of your space {1} and select the Subscription tab {2}. Choose your new payment interval {3} and click on the subscription button of your favored plan.

If you change an annual subscription to a monthly subscription, your plan will be updated immediately. The remaining value of your annual subscription will be transferred to your Stripe account as a credit balance. After you changed your plan, we will charge you the monthly subscription. Your credit balance will reduce the outstanding amount as long as the balance is zero. Please be aware that we don't refund any subscriptions. If you have any questions, contact billing@storyblok.com.
