BigCommerce

The BigCommerce app adds a field type for selecting products and categories from a connected BigCommerce store and referencing them in Storyblok content. The selection is part of the API response.

Features

• Select BigCommerce products and categories in the Visual Editor.
• Select more than one item at a time.
• Limit how many items an editor can select.
• Restrict the field to products only or categories only.

Setup

1. In BigCommerce, create a store-level API account with the Products scope set to read-only and the Storefront API tokens scope set to manage.
2. Create a storefront API token with allowed_cors_origins set to https://plugins.storyblok.com.
3. In the Storyblok Block Library, add a field to a block, set its field type to Plugin, and set the custom type to sb-bigcommerce.

The field takes the following options:

Option	Required	Description
endpoint	Yes	Domain of the BigCommerce store.
token	Yes	Storefront API token.
limit	No	Maximum number of items an editor can select.
selectOnly	No	Restricts the field to product or category.
