Please note: JoyConf 2026 has limited spaces, so register early to increase your chances of securing your spot. Submitting your registration is the first step — our team will review availability and be in touch to confirm your place.

At JoyConf, everyone is equal with the same ticket type, and the best part is that tickets are completely free of charge. 

You’ll receive your ticket QR code a couple of days prior to JoyConf 2026 on October 28-29, which you’ll use to register upon arrival at our venue.

JoyConf 2026 is taking place at the riverside at Rheingoldhalle in Mainz, Germany.

The full address is Rheinstraße 66, 55116 Mainz. 

How to get to the venue: 

• By plane: Rheingoldhalle is just 25 minutes drive or a short train ride from Frankfurt International Airport. 
• By train: Mainz is well connected via the Deutsche Bahn ICE high-speed network. From Mainz Hauptbahnhof, take bus lines 54, 55, 56, or 61 to the "Rheingoldhalle / Rathaus" stop — right at the venue entrance. 
• By car: The Rathaus/Rheingoldhalle car park is directly adjacent to the venue with 545 spaces. Additional parking is available at Parkhaus Brand (953 spaces, 2-minute walk) and Rheinufergarage (497 spaces, 5-minute walk). 

Yes. Rheingoldhalle is fully wheelchair-accessible, with tactile paving leading to the main entrance and a tactile model of the venue at the entrance to help visually impaired visitors orient. The main entrance features both a disabled access ramp and a lift, and barrier-free toilet facilities are available throughout. Six marked parking spaces for disabled visitors are available in the underground car park directly below the venue.

All JoyConf 2026 attendees can access an exclusive discount with Hilton Mainz, a gorgeous, modern 4-star hotel just steps away from our venue, Rheingoldhalle. 

All you need to enter JoyConf 2026 is your ticket QR code, which you’ll receive a couple of days prior to the event. We’d recommend bringing something to take notes with (you’ll have a lot) and business cards to make the most of the new connections you make. 

In terms of food and refreshments, you’ll be well taken care of with breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks provided every day for all of our attendees —  including evening celebrations with a live band, drinks, and appetizers on day one, October 28.
