Setting up customer subscription payments

You’re done with your set-up and are at a stage where you would like your customers be added to your partner portal space so they can add and start managing content. To allow customers access to a space you will have to add them as collaborator.

Within Storyblok you’re able to add one collaborator before subscribing so that this collaborator can have access to manage the subscription by themselves.
Your space will be flagged and a popup will appear if you’re using the space without subscribing afterwards.

Give subscription management access to collaborators

To allow a collaborator access to manage your subscription you can follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to your space settings
  2. Press the “Users” tab
  3. Select the collaborator you want to give access to the subscription area
  4. Click on the cog icon
  5. Check the checkbox for “Allow managing subscriptions”
  6. Hit save (in the User area, not on the top right)

We recommend to never transfer the ownership of a space to your customer as this will result in them having admin access to the space and even change component definitions.
