Sales Enablement Specialist

Working closely with the sales leadership you will be responsible for the ramp-up of new members as we rapidly expand the team in 2022.

The Storyblok Enablement playbook is defined by three core columns; communicating value, owning the sales process, and holistic self-improvement.

Working with the sales enablement team and closely with sales leadership to enable the ramp-up of new sales team members as Storyblok rapidly expands in 2022. Responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement efforts and providing salespeople with resources to develop and maximize their ability to engage with clients during their buying journey.


  • Co-own the training and professional development for a sales team
  • Manage and curate onboarding and ongoing learning paths
  • Mapping, manage and co-create sales enablement content


  • 2+ years in a training or sales support role
  • Passion for training and development
  • Understanding of eLearning and adult learning theories
  • Experience in managing, reviewing, and delivering training
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Strong google sheet and google slides skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in managing, co-creating and organizing sales enablement content (buyer-facing and sales-facing content)
  • Experience analyzing salespeople performance, KPIs, and writing reports
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Highly driven to produce results and with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a growing team
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS Sales role is beneficial but not a requirement
  • Manage training and enablement technology
  • Make sure that sales enablement content and initiatives deliver value to the buyer’s journey
  • Make sure salespeople have the content they need at the moment they need it.
  • Complete regular reviews with team members and leaders
