Sales Enablement Lead

Working closely with the sales leadership you will be responsible for the ramp up of new members as we rapidly expand the team in 2022.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the training and professional development for a sales team
  • Manage and curate onboarding and ongoing learning paths
  • Manage training and enablement technology
  • Run training and development sessions
  • Complete regular reviews with team members and leaders
  • Shape the professional development for a growing and successful team

Experience Desired

  • 2+ years in a training role
  • Demonstrable passion for training and development
  • Comfort working in a remote environment
  • Understanding of eLearning and Adult Learning theories
  • Demonstrable experience in managing, delivering and reviewing training
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS Sales role would be considered beneficial but is not a requirement
