What we’re looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience with basic knowledge about human resource management
  • Working experience with onboarding software and/or ATS systems
  • Knowledge about labor law and contracts
  • Excellent English skills and understanding of working internationally as well as a strong sense of cultural sensitivity
  • Top-notch attention to detail, organisation skills, including ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

What you’ll do if you join us?

Takes care of Storyblok’s new hires onboarding, support them to adjust quickly to our company culture and supports them throughout the team member’s life cycle at Storyblok.

Additionally, the incumbent will work on projects to increase and keep a high retention rate and create a good employee experience.

  • Creating a positive experience during the whole employee lifecycle
  • Be responsible for employee onboarding: Communicating with new hires to provide the necessary information until the end of the probation period (work schedules, access to manuals) and legal onboarding (creating contracts).
  • Assist with technical setup and make sure that people have all the logins for the start.
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members
  • Being involved in other people related projects to ensure we keep high retention rate
  • Organising team events (online events / parties / team buildings / big annual events, etc.) that enrich the culture and create meaningful moments
  • Recommend improvements for processes/policies that touch the employee lifecycle
  • Be a sparring partner for team managers and support them with the operational side of leading a team
  • Providing a respectful off-boarding
  • Partner with the other People teams and provide insights about identified needs
