What we’re looking for

We are looking for an independent and flexible person with first payroll experience to support the payroll administration. Focus on calculation of variable compensations, bonuses, entries and exits as well as control activities in the course of our monthly payrolls, and the sending of various documents to our employees. You will be the interface to payroll providers and employees, as well as assist in payroll related projects.

  • Commercial education with focus on accounting or payroll accounting
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar position preferably, in an international environment
  • Understanding of modern payroll administration
  • Understanding of the accuracy and punctuality required in the payroll area
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Passion for training and supporting people through all payroll processes
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Good communication skills

  • Administration of a wide variety of documents and contracts in our systems
  • Contributing to the calculation of variable compensation earnings and sharing with our employees
  • Touch point for our various payroll providers and other departments
