The team has been remote-first since we were born in 2017. Currently, we have a fully remote team of more than 120 employees representing over 34 nationalities spread across 5 continents working asynchronously across different time zones. What we are looking for

Storyblok is looking for a high-energy, driven professional to join our partner sales channel. We are proud to enable the work of implementation partners across 113 countries. We want to delight them with the Storyblok Partner Program.

As a Partner Operations Manager, you will play an instrumental role to support the operations of Storyblok’s Partner Program. You will focus on our partner agency channel sales management enablement and other aspects of the day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for continually evaluating the regional (Commercial) channels, identifying opportunities for change and development, preparing comprehensive plans including short, medium, and long-term developments, and driving execution of the plans to deliver results.

What you’ll do if you join us

  • Control and administration of our partner program operations
  • Manage the Partner sales pipeline and forecasting activities for consistent reporting through Salesforce CRM
  • Maintain Partner tracking data points and processes associated with maintaining those metrics
  • Help contribute to projects that optimize workflows and promote efficiencies in the revenue process - most specifically in areas that impact partner agency channel business
  • Work closely with our Account Executive team, ensuring the business vision is executed within our systems & processes
  • Provide ongoing analysis and development of scalable and controlled business processes and playbooks
  • Keep documentation up to date

What you should bring to the table

  • A minimum of 3  years of work experience in channel sales or similar operations based role
  • Proven track record working with Partners in an indirect sales model, managing pipeline, sales forecasts, carrying and achieving new sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Independent and responsible way of working
