What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a person to help us accelerate the growth of our partner network and to successfully expand our partner program. You should have a proven track record about partner enablement, business development, management, and marketing. We love our partners and therefore want to foster a relationship of trust, enablement, support, and training - an ecosystem where our partners can find value.
With your enablement skills, strategy, tools, and understanding of our partners’ needs, you will directly impact our partners’ long term growth. In addition to your sales skills we are looking for a manager who is passionate about building and leading a team.
What you’ll do if you join us
- Improve and develop our strategy and business plan for the partner program
- Create documents, features, and tools to enhance the overall partner experience and communication with partners
- Identify partners’ needs and act on opportunities to improve the partners’ learning experience and identify innovative techniques for enablement
- Monitor the success and analyse the performance of the program
- Manage and provide administration of partner agreements/partner contracting in coordination with legal
- Be a voice for our partners and collect their feedback
- Build, manage and lead a team
- Work together with different departments, especially the sales and developer experience teams
What you should bring to the table
- Experience in sales enablement and building long term, strategic growth for a partner ecosystem
- Deep knowledge of strategies and tools that will improve our partner program
- Have the ability to prioritize and focus on high impact initiatives to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Background in working within B2B marketing and sales
- Broad understanding of a SaaS business model
- Experience with building and leading a team successfully
- Experience with Salesforce
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and cogently explain them to our partners
- Analytical capability to understand key trends
- Strong English and communication skills

The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of “Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik” ST2 Regelstufe. We offer a higher compensation depending on your experience and skills.
