What we’re looking for
Storyblok is looking for an open-minded, quality-obsessed customer success manager to join our business relations team. In this role, you’ll be working with our enterprise customers to help them get the most out of their Storyblok integration. You’ll accompany them together with our integration development team through onboarding, launch and further assistance. You’ll also get the opportunity to collaborate with our Sales and Marketing team to find the pain-points we should address and include in our day2day content creation process. With our headquarter in Linz, Austria and satellite office in Teresópolis, Rio de Janeiro, Brasil you will be able to join a remote-work-friendly team.
What you’ll do if you join us
- Guide multiple enterprise customers through onboarding, launch and further projects
- Monthly status meetings with global enterprise customers and their teams
- Accompany the development and improvement of integrations with our development team
- Create reports and organize recommended solutions
- Participate in business relations meetings and opportunity reviews with our CEO
What you should bring to the table
- Technical consulting and/or development experience
- Very sharp, analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent organizational, communications, and expectations management skills
- Fluent in English (and German)

- You do have a degree in Marketing / E-Business
- You already have lead teams in the customer success or sales field
