# Approval

The Approval app adds an **Approve** entry to the actions menu of the content editor, so collaborators can review a change and sign it off by email.

The app is discontinued in Storyblok v2. For new spaces, use [discussions](/docs/manuals/content-authoring) and [workflows](/docs/manuals/workflows) instead.
