# Algolia

The Algolia app synchronizes Storyblok stories into an [Algolia](https://www.algolia.com/) search index and keeps that index current: publishing, unpublishing, moving, and deleting a story each trigger a sync.

## Features

-   Synchronize stories into an Algolia index.
-   Connect several indexes to one space.
-   Index a folder together with its nested folders and stories.
-   Sync automatically on publish, unpublish, move, and delete.

## Setup

1.  In your Algolia account, note the application ID and the write API key.
2.  Install the app, open **Apps** → **Algolia**, enter both credentials, and save.
3.  Create an index connection, naming the index and the level of the content hierarchy to index.

Ad and script blockers interfere with the app, so disable them for Storyblok.
